The care, in detail
What to expect.
The same commercial clean we run for offices and workplaces, scheduled around your event. Book it to get the venue ready beforehand, to put it back afterwards, or both. Tell us the venue, the date and the times, and we scope it on site.
Our commercial cleaning standard

Scoped on site
Your written scope confirms what’s included for your property.
The Pearl StandardBefore we arrive
Your site. Your working hours.
We walk the site, agree the work and access arrangements, then confirm the price in writing.
Completion photographs and a written note record anything we could not complete.
Can you clean outside business hours for a commercial site?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is after hours or before opening. We hold keys or fobs under a signed access agreement and log every visit in writing, so facilities managers are not chasing anyone for a status.
