What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
If something in the agreed work is missed, let us know within 48 hours and we will send someone back to fix it free of charge. This applies to the work set out on the scope form you sign before we start.
Will a bond clean satisfy my agent?
A bond clean includes the bond-specific checklist items and completion photographs to submit with your keys. If your agent flags missed work within the agreed scope, report it within 48 hours and we will return to fix it free of charge. This is a cleaning satisfaction guarantee, not a guarantee that your bond will be returned.
