What to expect.
Machine extraction for carpets, rugs and upholstery, and steam cleaning for tile and grout, with pre-treatment on marked areas. Pet-soiled carpet and flea treatment is handled here too. Booked on its own, or added to a bond clean where doing both together is usually the cheaper path.

Choose your rooms, schedule and extras for an indicative range. Bookings start at $200; the final price is agreed in writing.
For work under 1.5 hours, ask about the $70 call-out arrangement.
Completion photographs and a written note record anything we could not complete.
Do you do pest control?
Not as a standalone service, and we would rather say so than take the booking. What we do is pet-soiled carpet treatment and flea control as part of a clean. If you need a licensed pest controller for termites, rodents or general extermination, that is a different trade and you want someone who does only that.
