The Pearl StandardBefore we arrive
A clear plan. A considered finish.
Choose your rooms, schedule and extras for an indicative range. Bookings start at $200; the final price is agreed in writing.
For work under 1.5 hours, ask about the $70 call-out arrangement.
Completion photographs and a written note record anything we could not complete.
Is the price I see on this page the price I pay?
The planner gives you an indicative range, not a final price. It is based on the size, condition and access details you enter. We confirm the exact figure in writing before anyone is booked, and we do not change it afterwards.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. $200 is the minimum for any booking, and it covers about two hours of work. That is a minimum on the whole job, not a charge per item — so if your clean and your extras together come to less than $200, you pay $200, and once they come to more you pay what they come to. Regular home cleaning accrues at $140 a visit. If a job runs under an hour and a half there is a $70 call-out fee instead. Ask either way — small jobs often bundle into something that lands better value.
What are your hours, and can you come out after them?
Standard hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. After-hours and same-day emergency work is available by arrangement, with a 30 to 50 per cent surcharge depending on the job. Your schedule and any surcharge are confirmed in the written quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular clients give us access instructions and go to work. We lock up exactly as we found the property and send the completion photographs when we leave.
